Trump Scores Major Endorsement in Philadelphia

While there were many who did not believe in Trump’s chances of taking home the W in 2016, union voters played a major role in his success. In fact, he is doing even better with these voters this time around. Philadelphia firefighters and paramedics are the latest groups to get behind him. The reason for these endorsements is a fairly simple one and the leftists refuse to grasp it.

These are decent, hardworking Americans who are merely looking for a candidate that their best interests at heart. It’s more than obvious that they do not feel this sort of kinship with old Sleepy Joe. He’s more worried about pandering to the sort of leftists who are never going to understand the appeal of the current president.

Democrats have chosen their side. They are standing with the angry mobs that are lighting buildings on fire and tearing down key national monuments. NTD News has the report. On September 29, the International Association of Fire Fighters decided to finally break rank with Biden. They were a long time ally but he turned them against him with his constant leftist rhetoric.

The unions that are responsible for representing first responders are falling in line accordingly. Why would they endorse someone who has made their feelings clear? According to the union, the International Association of Fire Fighters’ leadership has lost touch with its members. They no longer know what their members want.

If you read between the lines, this is an easy one to understand. The leadership is still trying their best to stand with Biden. The workers themselves? They are not convinced. They have four years of evidence to support the idea that Trump has their backs. Biden has never been able to provide those kinds of reassurances in any instance.

“The members of Local 22 respectfully break with the undemocratic IAFF endorsement of Joe Biden and pledge our full support to President Donald J. Trump,” read the statement from Local 22 president Mike Bresnan. “The Biden endorsement was done without a canvas of local unions and the consideration of the rank and file IAFF membership,” he concluded.

This is what Trump was driving at when he put Biden on the spot for not having any of these endorsements. “They know what is at stake in this election and this endorsement should be a wake-up call to IAFF leaders,” said Bresnan when asked about Trump specifically. This is a major win for the president and that’s why he was touting his achievements in this regard last night.

He knows good and well that Biden would kill for these sorts of endorsements from any union. He cannot claim to be an ally of the American working man because he is simply not fit for the task. Any union that is truly aware of what is at stake during the next election is not going to take any chances. The first responders are the glue that holds the country together and unlike Biden, Trump treats them as such.

That holds weight for a lot of people, especially voters who monitor these types of connections. Informed voters want a president that looks out for these segments of the population, not someone who is more interested in looking cool to people who want to do away with law and order altogether. The trust that Trump has gained over the past few years is not going to be forgotten by the first responders and the people who rely on their important services each day.

It can all be that simple at times. If a president does right by a certain group of people, he is rewarded with their loyalty. Biden is going to have a tough time defending the lack of support that he has from groups like these and Trump knows it. Prepare for him to hammer away at this until he is finally able to get Biden to crack and lose his temper publicly.
