The mask-wearing mandates and heated debates over cloth have been nothing more than a political game for the radical left. Dr. Anthony Fauci, the top medical adviser, even told the American people at the beginning of the pandemic that “there’s no reason to be walking around with a mask” on. These remarks were made on March 8, 2020, and since then, much has changed.
Sen. Rand Paul has sparred numerous times with Dr. Fauci over the ‘political theater’ regarding mask-wearing and has even asked the medical adviser why he continues to wear a mask despite being vaccinated. GOP leaders have continued to fight against mask mandates, government-mandated lockdowns, and vaccine passport programs, arguing that the Democrats are trying to create two classes of society – vaccinated and unvaccinated.
Now, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has suggested that she has the power to ban “unvaccinated Republicans” from the House Chamber and stifle the millions of conservative voices through their elected officials. She said she would not let Congress become a “petri dish” because of the selfishness of some not to be vaccinated.
“I mean we could come to a place where we say if you don’t want to wear a mask … If you’re not vaccinated don’t even come to the floor. We have facilities up above in the gallery where people can come to vote. We don’t want to deter anybody’s ability to exercise their Constitutional duties,” Pelosi said as transcribed by Just The News.

GOP Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene criticized Pelosi’s comments on Real America’s Voice “The Water Cooler” with host David Brody and even likened the continued mask mandates for the House Floor to the Holocaust. She said that vaccinated members being forced to wear masks was comparable to Jewish people wearing the gold star.
“This woman is mentally ill. You know, we can look back at a time in history when people were told to wear a gold star, and they were definitely treated like second-class citizens, so much so that they were put in trains and taken to gas chambers in Nazi Germany. And this is exactly the type of abuse that Nancy Pelosi is talking about,” Greene said.
While the comment sparked controversy, Republicans have continued to protest against Pelosi mandating that everyone in the House Chamber wear masks despite the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines saying it is safe for vaccinated people to unmask in most indoor and outdoor settings. Pelosi has kept the face-covering requirements because some members are still unvaccinated and have begun fining members $500 for their first violation of the mask mandate and a $2,500 fine for any subsequent violation.
Others argued that the term “Hitler” and “Nazis” have been used against conservatives for years, adding that Greene is just trying to fight “like a Democrat.” Jewish Republicans have even commented that they find the constant allusion to Nazis in any radical left argument “highly offensive” and a “disgraceful insult” to survivors and the Jewish community. Democrats have continued to trivialize a tragic chapter in history and call everyone they disagree with a Nazi. Greene is just “evening” out the playing field.
The radical left went from “my body, my choice” to bullying every single person who has decided not to get a COVID-19 vaccine. While most people would believe that health is a personal choice, Pelosi is using it as another political stunt to kick Republicans out of the House Chamber. Figures.
